Payment for the barn rental or birthday party package is due in full when making your reservation. CCAF STRONGLY encourages you and your guests to wait until the day of the event to purchase online tickets. CCAF NEVER RUNS OUT OF TICKETS. Pre-purchased tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE for any reason and expire at the end of the season. If a rental only is purchased, a group discount ($2.00 off per person) is available for online, pre-purchased tickets (20+ admissions). If a party package is purchased, additional discounted party package admissions can be purchased by party host OR party attendees for any number of tickets. Grilling of any kind is not permitted but there are outlets and counter space for crockpots.Īdmission is required for all guests ages 3 and older.You must provide your own tablecloths, paper products, serving utensils, etc.
